All MARIS LLC candles are carefully handcrafted and packaged on Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, limited releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed. MARIS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@marisandcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. MARIS LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
